Overview
As an Electro-Mechanical Technician (EMT) at Borrell USA Corp, you will play a vital role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of our electro-mechanical systems. This position is perfect for individuals who are eager to learn and have a passion for working with both electrical and mechanical components. While no extensive prior experience is required, a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and develop new skills is essential.
Responsibilities

Assist in the assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of electro-mechanical systems under the guidance of senior technicians.

Troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment, utilizing problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement solutions.

Perform routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of machinery and components.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development of new products and improvements to existing systems.

Travel across the Central Valley region to various job sites as required for installations and repairs.

Learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and techniques in the field of electro-mechanical systems.

Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.

Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications

Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical principles is preferred; on-the-job training will be provided.

Strong aptitude for learning and a genuine interest in electro-mechanical systems.

Effective communication skills and ability to work within a team.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across the Central Valley as needed.

Physical ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and machinery.

Previous experience in a related field is beneficial but not required.

Compensation
